Store Policies
Payment:
All major credit and debit cards are accepted worldwide via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a transaction.
Fellow Fellow is based in Singapore, and therefore all orders are sent from Singapore. All prices, however, are in US Dollars.
Shipping:
I try to ship items as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 days of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.All items will ship from Singapore via Singapore Post (once payment is received).
- Local shipments are estimated to take 1 - 3 business days
- International shipments could take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination
Standard shipments do not have insurance or trackability. If you need to have trackability, please contact me before making the purchase.
The buyer is responsible for any customs/duties/VAT tax/Local Tax if necessary.
Returns:
I take the utmost care with my products, and package them in the same way. For this reason, an item may only be returned if it does not meet your expectations. It must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
In this case, please email me as soon as possible to discuss the options. Once I have received the item back, I will then issue a refund to your PayPal account. Any shipping costs involved will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping.
Screen Printing:
All printed products have been lovingly screen printed by me. I screen print everything by hand, and consequently there can be some discrepancies throughout the prints. To me, these little ‘imperfections’ reflect on the items being handmade, and add character. I hope you think so too!
Also please note that even though I’ve tried to capture the products in their truest forms, colours may vary from monitor to monitor.
